User profiles - roaming on NT terminal server and citrix

Hi, having a problem with the user profiles.
We set up the roaming profile on the user manager for domains for both the NT and terminal server paths.
But it always picks up the NT profile.
We want it too use the NT profile for NT, and the Terminal profile for citrix.
Can anyone help??

Make sure you have TSE SP6 and Meta 1.8 SP2. I had this problem, but since I upgraded service packs, it went away.
