User Profile Location

I need to change the profile location on a users machine from the default My Documents\Avaya\IP 400\PhoneManager\Profiles to somewhere else as it's causing an issue when she syncronises her my documents folder.

However, I can't find any info on how to do this and the (re-)installation doesn't give me an option. Does anyone know how to change this.

It is not possible to change the location

Do you know why you can't change the location?

Because it is hardcoded in the software
there is no option to change it
there are a lot of people who like to change the location of user profile

Not only is it not possible, if you do anything with that location like redirect it to a shared area or something, it seems to play havoc with the profiles.

All kins of strange shananigans.
