User Permision

I am trying to copy Forms / Queries from a secure database to a new database but I get an error message

"You do not have the necessary permision to use the "Secure Database". Have your database admin establish the appropriate permission."

In the secure database I am the database admin. I have set my permission as the Admin for all objects. Does any one how I can get around this. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried to log into the database as the Admin and Export the Forms and Queries to the new database?

I have try that but I still get the same message.
