User not shown as Logged out after logout

Hello,

I have upgraded an IPO 500v2 from 11.0 to release 11.1 (june 2021).
The customer is using Force Login.
The phone in use are 1608 series.

Until 11.0 the situation was that when an user logged out from an extension, the state in the SoftConsole was shown as Logged out.
After the upgrade some users are show as logged out, but some keep showing Idle instead of Logged out.

It looks more or less random, but the problemen is always with the same users.

I hope the problem is clear.

Does someone have an idea what could be the cause?

The only guess I can offer, and its a guess, is that something got corrupted with some of the users. Since you say it occurs with the same users, can you take one of those users, delete them completely, wait 30 minutes, and add them back. Even better if you can reset the IP office after the deletion. If the problem goes away then it was probably some corruption in the database that occurred during the upgrade.
