User not seeing search result

I have this specific user that is not being able to see a search result. It had been working fine until 2 days ago. This is what happens. He enters the criteria and when clicks on Ok page seems to refresh, "Done" appears at the bottom of the screen but nothing happens or shows. THis is a machine specific issue. Criteria is alright, and I have tested it in several other machines to make sure it's not the application. It works well elsewhere. In this application there are more searches in other sections that seems to be working fine for him. It's just this specific search. I don't know what to look for to start debugging it.

If this is enough info, does anyone know or had has this before?

Are you yourself testing this on the machine in question, or is this guy on the phone?

We really should write an FAQ on limits to support. hehe

If you have no control over the machine I dont know what to tell you.
 
well, we're "seeing" his machine thru pcanywhere
 
Check the coldfusion settings for the Machine, cfserver, etc. If you are using a verity search, check the collection index and create areas and also verify that the datasource is setup - if using one and check the database has the value you are searching for.

I have had your error and it is machine dependant - but I have found that if you reset and even install coldfusion again - it seems to work.
