User not receiving Voicemail

We have just went to IP Office release 8.1 running Intuity mode for Voicemail.
We have one that we know of user x114 who is not getting voicemail even though we know they have messages.
I deleted the user from the system and the extension and rebooted.
Added the user back in to the system but still when you leave a voicemail this user gets no messages?
Any ideas? Wondering if we have other users who don't know they are not receiving their voice mail messages.
 
check that the name doesn't have a space behind the actual letters as that happens sometimes when you copy and paste from a document

go into the accounts folder and delete his account, then stop and restart voicemail pro as it will recreate the acount, have user set up the new voicemail box and retest.

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.
 
Thank you but i have deleted this user and keyed in by hand and there are no blank spaces.
We have deleted the user and rebooted then readded the user and the extension again but still no messages showing up.
You can hear their VM Greeting but there are never any new messages.
 
We found that the problem was this user was used in the beginning in Testing and the name was lowercase.
Apparently the voicemails were going to this mailbox. We have changed this user and now it's working fine.
