We have just went to IP Office release 8.1 running Intuity mode for Voicemail.
We have one that we know of user x114 who is not getting voicemail even though we know they have messages.
I deleted the user from the system and the extension and rebooted.
Added the user back in to the system but still when you leave a voicemail this user gets no messages?
Any ideas? Wondering if we have other users who don't know they are not receiving their voice mail messages.
