User not receiving mail when in the CC send field

I have a client running SBS and using the exchange server for their e-mail.
Only one of the employees has complaing of this.

He does not receive any e-mails when he is put in the CC field. This happen
s internaly and externaly.

They are also running GFI mail Essentials and Security.

Any suggestion? Help is very appreciated.

Since it only happens to one employee then I would assume the problem is his account or policies applied to his account.

I called the GFI tech support and we were able to see that it is not blocking the mail.

We can see the message in the message tracking center that it was delivered. But it never makes it to the inbox the the user.
