USER NAME WILL NOT LEAVE SYSTEM

I have a single user on x2576 that even after deleting and rebooting, then rebuilding still shows the former user's name
on internal and ( here is the kicker) out bound as well. We are on version 9.0.3.0

Maybe you have corruption. Did you try a backup (with the deleted user) , format the sd card and recreate then a send config ?

Are you using the onex portal? If so check the status bar as i have had it before where a user left their name in this and Gill ext was presenting Chris
