I'm new in this forums and I'm very glad to participate. After that, I would like to explain what my problem is about.
We have two Signaling servers and we can access by Unified Communications Manager by a node.
In the first Signaling server we were logged in with a non administrator user to a TTY (we don't remember the number) and the terminal was unexpectedly closed after a copy operation. Now we cannot connect with that user credentials with a "Permission denied" message but we have access with another administrator user.
With this user we can login on the second Signaling Server.
Can you help me to unlock the login for this user?
