User is showing "already scheduled" in calendar

User is showing "already scheduled" in calendar, but they have nothing scheduled. They should be "available". Other users try to see his Free/busy time when trying to schedule meetings with this user. It shows them as "already scheduled" all day everyday. How can I fix this? His scheduling availability is set correctly under Tools/Preferences in his calendar.

I just had this same problem.

Mine was caused by the "Out of Office" agent. When I went on vacation, I had put down that I was going to be gone from 06/28/07 to 08/07/07 instead of 07/08/07. I had the book busy times checked so it showed me as scheduled for all those days.

I corrected the "Out of Office" when I saw my mistyped date but it did not go into the calendar and unschedule me for these days.

I disabled my "Out of Office" agent then had to go into my calendar, open the conflicting entry, and change the start and end dates. I received an error message when I did this but the next day my calendar was open.

We also saw this during migration from Outlook to Notes for some of our users. It seemed to be related to just their recurring meetings.

The users in question had to manually remove all their calendar entries and re-create them, which wasn't that big of a problem for most users...
