User is getting access denied error when trying to add Favorites in IE 1

Hello,

Has anyone seen this problem before? I have a user (User, not power user or admin) on a Win 2k wkstn. who is getting an Access denied error when trying to add a bookmark to her Favorites list.

This is the first time I've ever seen anything like this. I tried deleting her profile and having her log back into the domain to create another one but the problems persist.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Does she have write access to her favourites folder?

I'll double check that, but I believe that we gave her full control.

There seems to be a ghost in the machine, the settings are there and she's able to add favorites now.
