User in Operator being Disabled ???

Hi

I have the following Setup:

A user Extn9551 in Hunt group called operator.
All calls are sent to the group.
the user beomes disabled from the hunt group for no apprent reason.She is using softconsole

Thesoftware ver is 2.1(34)

Please advise if anyone can assist
