User ID displayed on 1220

I have a CS1000E at 7.6. I have an SMG off this CS1000E. I recently installed a new 1220 IP set - first one for this site. I have many other IP sets directly off the CS1000E at my main site.

The issue I have is this new IP phone is showing User:93002999 on the display. The extension of this phone is 2999. I have attached a photo showing the display. Below is the TN. I don't know where this user ID is coming from nor do I know the significance of the 9300. It certainly isn't service affecting. All the other IP sets I have installed do not show this user ID.

Your phone has registered first to a signaling server that is not the primary. S1 needs to be the primary SS and S2 the secondary SS. Sounds like your remote site has survivability. I would factory default the phone and manually enter the IP address for S1 and S2.

Hi Jeffnortel - I am trying to find that patch but when I do an MDP ISSP in LD 143 and an ISSP in LD 22, this number is not appearing. I don't seem to have any patches that end in .ntl.

What does this patch correct?
