There was a problem with one of our users accounts, and so it was deleted from active directory and then recreated.
When This user logged in and opened Outlook, he found that all of his email had gone and reported it to me.
I checked, and this users email is not gone, however it is stored in another mailbox. Both of these mailboxes have the same name.
How do I enable this user to get access to his old email in this other mailbox??
Sorry if this makes little sense, I haven't really used Exchange before!
