User gets removed from hunt group

Using Avaya IP Office 406 phone system. I have a hunt group setup for all receptionists (5 users) so that our main line gets picked up quickly. One user reports frequently that she is no longer receiving main line phone calls. I look in IP Office manager and sure enough, she is not in the hunt group anymore. I don't have a coverage button for the users to add or remove themselves from the group so I am trying to figure out how this single user gets removed frequently. No one else seems to be getting removed from the group. Any ideas?
 
Is the LAN port set as dhcp client?
This can cause these issues.

Under the tab LAN1 i have a static IP in there, Shows DHCP mode as Disabled.
 
Somewhere manager still open which the user removed from the group?
Check the audit trial and see what this tells you.
