Using Avaya IP Office 406 phone system. I have a hunt group setup for all receptionists (5 users) so that our main line gets picked up quickly. One user reports frequently that she is no longer receiving main line phone calls. I look in IP Office manager and sure enough, she is not in the hunt group anymore. I don't have a coverage button for the users to add or remove themselves from the group so I am trying to figure out how this single user gets removed frequently. No one else seems to be getting removed from the group. Any ideas?
