Hello,
1608 phones and 9608 phones still requires login credentials after IP office restarts.
We are currently using "login Code" under Supervisor settings before the phone can work while creating the users.
It goes to "discover" if we do not use the "login code" under supervisor settings.
It is Avaya IP Office R10.1.
Does anyone know why it happens like that and how we can resolve it that user does not need to re-enter "Extension Number and password
