Strange problem past few weeks. I have a callpilot 5.0 on 201i. Patches are the latest and greatest. I have an application running on SDN 1118 that has a dial extention followed by the pound sign as an option on it. I have an ACD 1102 that points to callpilot with a mailbox to leave messages. When a caller hits application 1118 and dials the extention 1102 to get to the mail box it will randomly work or the caller will get the message that SDN 1118 does not subscribe to the system transfering to an attendant. This happens randomly for outside callers as well as internal callers. I have tested every port and even traced calls to each port. One time the call will work on the same port that it fails on the next time you call. I have never seen this problem before. Any ideas?

Weird problem - try looking at the Callpilot Alarm Moniter in Callpilot Manager when you get a failure to see if it gives you any info. It is failing at the Callpilot level, not really in the PBX ACD group. Good luck

I am loading new PEPS today that the vendor dropped off. Its hard to get them to do any work! lol. As soon as it is updated and I test I will post the results. : )

I have updated both of my Callpilot systems with the latest PEPS but still have the same issue. Vendor is going to make a call to Nortel. I will update as I get information on repair.

pos to ter and then test it?

Yes I did try changing from pos to ter. After I changed it the SDN # was presented everytime and the call failed. I have tried every setting I could think of on the Callpilot agents to see if I could correct the issue there. Still unsure if it is a Callpilot issue or a setting in the PBX. Programming in the PBX and Callpilot is built per Nortel recommendations.

Update.

Loaded latest peps for the PBX, sig servers, and Callpilots. Still having the same issues. Vendor is going to open a ticket with Nortel today. I will update again later.

Okay here is the deal with this. After working with two vendors for almost two months and finally working with Nortel Etas for a couple of weeks. A site specific patch was built to address the problem. That patch information is CP500S05R26S. From what I was told it might be added to su07 not sure what the plan is with Nortel. Good luck to everyone having this problem.
