Hi,

Do u have any idea about the file user.dmp which is present in the location %system root%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\DrWatson

When a user program crashes, Dr. Watson takes a snapshot of the process space and saves it to the hard drive for debugging purposes later by an administrator. That's what the user.dmp file is.
