User cannot send emails with BES 3.6

The user keeps getting the message. "This This message is used to carry data between the BlackBerry Handheld and an associated server. Please do not delete, move or respond to this message - it will be processed by the server.

Then a paragraph of ascii. Anyone ever seeen this before. I think it has to do with the BB not knowing whether it is on BES or the Desktop Redirector. Can it be fixed without a reinstall of Desktop Redirector? Can it be fixed right on the handheld? Thanx in advance.

You have to let everyone knows more about the infrastructure e.g BES version, Windows OS , exchange or Domino ... this error is coming out of the blue then we cannot help you.
