Hello, got a user that used to work here, he quit so we deleted his user name from Active Directory. The bosses decided to hire him back part time, but when we create his user name and set all the user rights, when he tried to actually log into a machine the login scripts fail. Not sure what could be wrong, next time someone quits though I will be just disabling the account.

At what point does it fail (or does it even execute)?
He might have a new UID but his username might be the same and trying to connect him to resources he no longer has access to. (eg. home directory)

Have you checked the System Log under Event Viewer? It may give you some helpful hints as to what's going on.

well for some reason, I deleted the account, went to the Exchange server and recreated the user with the Users and Computers, logged in as the user and bam it works. Maybe I just needed to give it 3 weeks of vacation as it didnt work when I left for vacation and now that I am back it does.
