User can not log into nfuse

User can not log into nfuse after authenicating through a juniper device (secureremote) The user is set up properly and in the correct groups and was added to published desktop. The error is such, You do not have access to logon to this session.

Any thoughts?

I am having the same issue, its all fine through RDP but not the citrix desktop. Any ideas?

I would go into the Citrix Connection Configuration utility.
Highlight the ICA-TCP connection and double-click it.
Go under the Advanced Connection Setting and uncheck "Only launch Published Applications" option on the right hand side.

That should take care of it.
