User account properties

Wonder if anyone can help
Is there any way to edit the properties of a group of users in an OU...i need to;
a) Reset all their passwords to a default one at times
b) Change their profile paths
c) Change their home directory location paths

This applies to 4000 users so individual changes make my fingers a bit tired

Hope it was nice away fron the screens.
Right what i wanted to know was how to create 1500 shares onto folders, i can put the file permissions on ok but have not found a way to set the shares without manually right clicking and 'share'.
Im sure there is a really easy way but i havent come across it yet.
