User accidently change the password

Hi, I have a problem which my user accidently change his password and can't access to check his mail.

What I can do for him? Did I able to reset the password on the lotus Domino server? How?

If you are running R5 , use the recovery feature.
 
Is this user's mail file housed on an R5 server? If so, are you taking advantage of the recovery feature? If the answer is "yes," a copy of the user's ID can be recovered from the recovery storage database. Unfortunately, the recovery process is somewhat tedious, although you can find the steps documented in the Administration Help database.

If the answer is "no," then is there a copy of the user's ID in the company safe perhaps? If so, the backup ID and original password can be used temporily.
