Use SUPERKEY to SEND PIN

I keep getting this message on the display of a 5330 deskset that was previously working. extension assigned was 125. Can't seem to get it to accept the PIN. Using a SX-200ICP.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check form 9, find ext 125 and see if a different MAC address has been assigned. Most likely cause is someone using the set replacement code and the wrong extension number.
