use shortcut to open to specific page?

Using Acrobat Reader version 4.0

I would like to put a shortcut on my desktop to a PDF document and when I click on the shortcut, it takes me to page 30 of the document rather than the first page. Is there an argument I could use to have the document go to page 30?
