Hi guys,
I'm stuck and maybe someone here could help me out. I have a TDE100 which was bought used, didn't know it was the US version till I went to try to set it up. First the Worldwide software didn't work so I'm successfully using the US software now. What I can't figure out is why it won't accept a PRI30 card, is it not compatible with the US units? If not, is there any way to flash the Worldwide version of the TDE100 firmware to make it support PRI30? The errors I'm getting are these: all card lights are lit up; in the console it recognizes the PRI30 card but it can't be put into service and shows up with a red indicator. I've tried different ports and that's not the issue.
Appreciate any tips or help.

Ok, I'll answer my own question. Maybe it will help someone else with the same issues. First of all the PRI30 card was faulty, also didn't work on another functioning system. Secondly, I managed to flash Global firmware to the US version TDE100, worked fine but lost the registration (only authorized dealers can reregister these units) but I realized if I restored the US firmware, it was registered again. I found out that if I flash the Global firmware and also add the DKEYFR file from the backup to the new firmware package, it also flashes the registration and doesn't fail or ask for it later. (without being registered it won't let you use connection cards, i.e. SLC/DLC/PRI23/PRI30.
