Use local User Name and Password Grayed Out

When trying to add a new ICA connection the Use local User name and Password option is grayed out.

Any idea why it's not possible to select this option?

You have to turn on pass through authentication in the global ICA settings. In Program Neightborhood go to Tools\ICA Settings. At the bottom is a check box for "Pass thru...". If you enable that it then allows you to set the global "Use local..." which you can override for each ICA connection if need be.
