Use Flash to close window the Flash movie is in? 1

I have a webpage with a Flash movie in it. Is there any way to have the webpage window automatically close at the end of the Flash movie?

A popup window (the main browser window has no Flash in it).

On a last keyframe of your Flash movie, add the following...

getURL("javascript:window.close();");

I tried this, but the Flash Player pops up a security warning message saying I need to change the Flash Player settings to allow Flash to close the window. Is there any way to have this work without having to change Flash Player settings?

Absolutely certain. I am wondering if this is a new Flash Player 8 security issue...

Your suspicions were correct, oldnewbie... I was using IE to test it locally. I put it on a server online and tested it and it worked just fine there!! Thanks again
