Use Flash or Director for online drawing game?

I'm looking to develop a game similar to Yahoo Grafiti. Basically the game will need to accomodate 1-25 players and have chatting and drawing functions. Which Macromedia tool is more suitable for this project?

Possibly even the ability to chat over the microphone and send stream small video clips.

If you're planning to add the video streaming/conferencing stuff then Flash with Flash Communication Server would be a good solution.

If you don't have the Communication Server package I'd go with Director and the Multiuser Xtra.

what wangbar said. plus: Flash Comm Server has components that makes drawing and chat VERY easy... drag, drop, publish. you're done.
