On my motherboard the SIS k7s5a I see where the usb plug in is but I don't see any wires on my case that should plug into it. Does anyone have this motherboard who might be able to tell me?

If your case wasn't designed for usb ports you won't have wires. If it was then follow the wires to their ends.

You can buy a 3 1/2 or 5 1/4 plate for the front of the case. Page 21 of the manual shows the wiring on the motherboard. The add-on front plate will come with wiring for it.

Some M/Bs were supplied with I/O slot connectors and associated wires. You might find a computer store doing upgrades with some spares. I bought some from several years ago and they may still stock them.

My Motherboard came with an expansion card that allowed you to plug it into the Motherboard Front USB Slots and then attach the expansion card into one of the PCI Slots to allow for 6 USB Ports at the back if your motherboard didn't have any Front USB Connectors...

To be honest it's likely to be a USB1 header. So you may be better to get a USB2 PCI card (provided you have enough slots). You'll find there is only a small difference in price, but a huge difference in performance.
