USB Weight Scale Communication

Hi,

I am using a scale for packages that we ship out with our UPS World Ship program. I would like to also use the same weight from the scale at the same time for a different in-house program.

I have look up what I could find, which are Wedge software, but it looks like it is more for serial devices, and mine is USB.

Does anyone have any suggestion on where to start?

There is a USB protocol monitor/analyzer HHD Software USB Monitor which might allow you to reverse engineer the transactions between the scale and the PC.

Thanks, I took a look at the URL. I may download it and look at it more. Until then, I am going to continue to search for more info.
