USB to Serial Adaptors

Thought it may be worthwhile having a FAQ on USB to Serial Adaptors since laptops with serial are getting few and far between.
What I'm hoping to see is a list of USB Serial adaptors by Make and Model SW/FW version and OS that have been proven to work with Avaya kit?

I currently use the Rosewill RCW-601, but that model had been discontinued and replaced with the RCW-617.

Sitecom CN-104, USB to serial Cable works fine for me.
Have not come accross at least any Avaya,Nortel,HP,Cisco that did not work. Used on XP,Vista, and Win7.
