USB ports won't work 1

Dear all,
please I have toshiba c55-b which has all usb ports not working.

I installed all drivers provided by Toshiba website.


Could you please support me

Device Manager - Any devices showing not working or no driver loaded.
Any settings in the BIOS that have USB disabled?
Was it working before? Working with same operating system?

please find in attachment a screenshot of dev mgr, and HWSETUP


in the uefi (bios) there is only one setup related to usb and it's enabled.

yes they was working before .

they was working with the same operating system

for info when i plug 2.0 device there nothing happen . so when i plug 3.0 device the system detect it as unknown device.

for info i downloaded my drivers from the officiel website by serial number .

The "unknown device" is probably the problem. Under each unknown device, can you look at PROPERTIES >> DETAILS >> HARDWARE IDs and copy the string of data that looks something like this: USB\ROOT_HUB20&VID8086&PID1E26&REV0004

You can right click COPY in that dialog box showing the information.
