USB headsets on IP sets/soft phones

My USB headset suddenly stopped working on my 1140e set. I replaced the headset and phone but still no good. Found a brand new phone and headset, still no good. Tried soft phones and other 1140e sets, still no good. They were working great then suddenly stopped, haven't touched anything in the PBX. Any ideas?
 
You may need to select USB in the Preferences on the phone.
Press the Services key twice, select Preferences, select Headsets, change the Headset Device.
 
Agree with StanleySteamer - If the SigServer was possibly rebooted (or if you rebooted individual phones) then the phones impacted always default to Wired mode unless you have a TFTP that is somehow setup to keep that setting. We have the same issue here at our site but we use the Bluetooth headset option. I have to tell everyone to select the Bluetooth mode.
