This will tell you how many copper trunks you have BUILT, How many T1 channels are defined (TIE Line), How many analog and digital devices you have, and a few other things you might use that I don't.
A couple of notes:
I don't know if Digital Devices includes IP phones - I never bothered to physically count and chack.
I don't know what "Multiple Devices" are.
The number of devices under the "Total" column includes all trunks/phones you have built in the system regardless of whether they are connected (not the number of ports the system is equipped for, but the ones that are in use). For the digital devices the error count will indicate how many devices are disconnected; Analog ports have no way to know if the device is disconnected (unfortunately) so will not show an error unless the port is in defect.
Another function I find useful is DID-DIMSU:ALL,; WHich can tell you all sorts of cool things like how many PU groups you have, how many speed dial numbers, total stations, etc....
I would like to know that as well, but haven't found it yet. I don't know what "Multiple Devices" are unless they are optisets with analog modules or something along that line. I have more than 14 IP phones so I didn't think that was the right number.
I use the station window in assisant for this. I search on a wild-card pen. All my Voip phones are on a single STMI card in slot 1 shelf 1. I enter 1-1-1-* in the pen field. You can then sort your object list by column. I do this for counting devices on each individual shelf or IPDA also.
