I am looking to create a report on the usage of the crm system. (Maybe a graph indicating usage by roles / business units etc.)
I would greatly appreciate it you if you guide me with information regarding this.
I actually have reports so that we can see when they logged in and last synced... hard part of course is since most of my users are remote - getting them to understand the difference between sync of outlook and the sync of CRM --- and then monitoring BOTH of those...
The link mentioned does not contact a report to show CRM usage data. One way I have do this in the past is to have an Excel VBA macro read all the IIS web logs and analyze them to determine which users are using CRM regularly and which are not.
