Guys for some reason URL Scan is not allowing me to download the file "MyData&Info.QBB" i think its because of the "&" because it works for file that doesnt have the amersand. My question is how can i disable this in URLScan?

This is the error i get when i open IIS Log...

<Rejected-By-UrlScan> ~/files/MyData&Info.QBB

Your problem is the '&', and I think you can set this at install, although I'm not sure anymore. Here's a good link on how to edit the .ini file once install is complete:
