URLs not functional after converting Word97 to PDF

I am attempting to convert Word97 docs to PDF, using the Acrobat 5.0/PDFMaker 5.0 (the only thing I have).

The document converts fine, but none of the web page links, which are functional in the Word 97 doc, are functional in the PDF document.

I think I must be overlooking or misunderstanding something real basic in the documentation.

Any suggestions?

Just a guess...are you including the http part? You may need to, I don't know.
