URLMON.DLL Error when opening IE

Hey guys-

I get an explorer error (URLMON.DLL) when attempting to open my browser. I am running IE6. I have tried deleting the file and replacing with new file, tried registering the file, and tried re-installing the OS. I also tried to do a repair on IE but the repair doesn't actually run, it just flashes for a second. ANy help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the response, I tried that as well, but I don't have any of those entries in my registry. I don't have quick view installed.
