urgently need programming commands,please help

As may you know,i created my own call accounting software in persian language.
My next step is a programmator like software for programming pbx via RS232 port.
I found commands Like BYE or TA308 TA616 ... for checking PBX type.
Where i can find the whole commands list

dont forget I live in a poor country
624-824 boxes are popular here.also programming software for 824 is in english and my users are persian.

I want to add this function to my smdr print and call accounting software that they do some programming via my software for Co lines and EXT.
I can use port monitor apps to spy on other softs.
but it is time consuming process
