URGENT!!!!

Hi

Can someone please tell me why when we try to install SQL Server SP3 we get the error msg

Advanced INF Installer - Incorrect Setup Engine Installed

followed by


Data Access Component Package Failed.

Clean 95 box other than SQL MSDE and our application. No probelms other than this everything runs fine. Only want to install ~SP 3 to imporove run times.

Please help me
