Urgent !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have IIS 4.0 NT4 SP6 and I want to configure my web site so each client can access his own directory (personal home page), I did a basic authentification security on the IIS and I do to configure each subdirectory to give NTFS permission
I want to know if is right to do that or there is another way ?

As far as I know that is the correct way to do it
