[URGENT]SQL cluster install fails!!!!

I'm trying to install SQL 2000 Enterprise Edition with failover clustering onto windows server 2003. It fails with the following error message:

"The cluster resource failed to come on line. If exteneded error information was reported by the clustering service it can be obtained from the event log."

And then I have the following in the event log:

Error 1
Cluster resource 'SQL Network Name(PELSSPBE01)' failed to go online because its associated computer account (PELSSPBE01) exists in Active Directory and the Kerberos authentication is not enabled for the resource. Client applications that are using Kerberos based authentication (either directly or through the Negotiate security package) will fail to authenticate when contacting a service by this network name.

To bring the resource online, either enable Kerberos authentication or delete the computer account.

Error 2
Cluster resource 'SQL Network Name(PELSSPBE01)' in Resource Group 'Disk Group 1' failed.

The only problem is that SQL install is creating this network name resource not me so I can't go in and manually enable kerberos.

The most "fail-safe" method to correct this issue is to uninstall and then reinstall SQL Server. I know this sounds like a hassle BUT if you try to change this name by any other means, which is do-able, you may be worse off and have to resintall the WHOLE clustering operation inclusive of the OS/Windows Server clustering.

There's nothing to uninstall . . . the install fails and cleans itself up.

It ended up being that a network name resource I had created was sticking around in AD and when SQL install tried to create virtual server resources it failed because it can not handle kerberos being enabled.
