Urgent search help

I have problems with my seach in a WSS document library.

I have made changes to the schema.xml and onet.xml and made a template out of the result. Everything is working fine.

Now I can get the search to work probably. When I search in the document library sometimes in comes with a result and sometimes I get the "No such field name No field was found with that name. Check the name, and try again"

I cant fint a pattern and dont know where to look for the error........

I have now narrowed the problem down to this:

When the number of search hits is higher than the Item Limit for the view, then I get the the errror.

If I set the Item Limit to 1000 then I have no problems, but I need it to be somewhere between 25-30.
