Urgent....Please

I get this error each time i try to open a table in SQL server 7.0.
this is the error [query] query designer encountered a query error :unspecified error

I dont know why this error comes ..but the solution is to actually shutdown the database and start it again..
I experianced this error a couple of times and when i started the database ..it solved the problem
