Urgent: Not able to View the reports fromthe Browser

Hi All

I need this help badly, I installed Crystal reports 8.5 developer version and then Crystal Reports 8.0 enterprise version on Windows 2000.

with proper licences and all I registered at the end of installation.

I am able to view the reports while invoked directly by doubleclicking on the reports.
byt the problem is while invoking them from the Browser they are forcing me to enter user name and password indefinitly, I am not able to view them from the browser.

please help

We got it off late.. There was user permissions issue with crystal page server and Crystal Job services.. that was stopping us to view the reports.
