Someone please respond to this a.s.a.p

We are moving 24 call centre agents to different locations today. All the 24 IP phones have been configured in the same way. however, about 10 of them got error say 'no ports available'.

We really don't understand what that means. I have entered 24 keycodes for them.

Please advise.

Thank you so much in advance.

where are you moving from - were they working in the old location?

We have never tested them after the configuration. They are brand new phones. Some of them work fine though.

Thanks,

Your making us GUESS.

Are they all in the same location?

What is the difference between the one's that work and the one's that don't.

If you get no ports that is a message from the BCM so looks to me like your connected. You must deregister the unused extensions to allow for new.
