Probably a little late for this response; however, for the record -
1) Copy the Active X's OCX file onto the target hard disk in whatever directory you deem appropriate.
2) Run REGSVR32.EXE to register the active X component. The regsvr32.exe program is generally in the SYSTEM32 subdirectory of Windows. If not in that location, search all of the Windows directory for it.
The format for the program would be C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\REGSVR32.EXE C:\XXX\YYY.OCX where XXX is the target directory and YYY.OCX is the active X file you are distributing and registering.
