Urgent MeridianMail 13 question.

Hi,

I have a question regarding MeridianMail 13 and I need a FAST answer.

The situation is as follows:

One of our users got a voicemail from a caller whom claims to be involved in a major crime in our area.

The caller is supposed to call back in the near future.

If the call came into a regular phone, call display would list the number the call came from, unfortunately this mailbox is setup on a phantom set and call display isn’t an option.

Can the number the call was made from be retrieved from MeridianMail?

If so, how?

The number isn't given in the envelope of the message? ("Message from phone number XXX-XXXX").

You could also change the DN from a phantom to a live 'display' set somewhere in your building for monitoring.
 
You can also log into the tools menu of Meridian Mail and do a session trace on the mailbox, but that data only goes back 48 hours
 
Do you have a call logger? use that to see if it captured the cli
